Refund policy

At Mewen , all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances once an order has been placed and processed.

By purchasing from our store, you agree to the following terms:

• No returns will be accepted for any product.
• No refunds will be issued for delivered orders.
• Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
• We are not responsible for incorrect addresses entered by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, re-shipping charges will apply.
• Refusal to accept Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may result in restrictions on future purchases.
• Minor color/design variations may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or manufacturing updates and shall not be considered valid reasons for refund or return.
• Delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances are not eligible for refunds.
• Damaged/tampered package claims must be reported immediately at the time of delivery with proper unboxing video proof starting before opening the package.

We reserve the right to refuse any return, refund, cancellation, or exchange request at our sole discretion.
