Refund policy

At Mewen , all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds after 7 days under any circumstances once an order has been placed and processed.

By purchasing from our store, you agree to the following terms:

• No returns will be accepted for any product after 7 days or delivery.
• No refunds will be issued for delivered orders after 7 days.
• Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
• We are not responsible for incorrect addresses entered by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, re-shipping charges will apply.
• Refusal to accept Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may result in restrictions on future purchases.
• Minor color/design variations may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or manufacturing updates and shall not be considered valid reasons for refund or return.
• Delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances are not eligible for refunds.
• Damaged/tampered package claims must be reported immediately at the time of delivery with proper unboxing video proof starting before opening the package.
  
• Approved refunds will be credited within 7-10 working days to the original payment method.
